Vintage glassware is fun to collect – so much so that it can become a problem real quick (yes, I’m talking to myself here). Sometimes, I get a little protective over my actual vintage pieces, though, and end up keeping them locked away in a cupboard as opposed to, you know, using them as intended. In the spirit of this, I’m sharing my top picks for vintage style drink ware in this edition of my weekly favorites. If you love the look of vintage style glassware but don’t want the worry of the wear and tear of using old pieces, this post is for you (really, it’s for anyone because we all know I’ll get off track at some point…).
Vintage Style Glassware: Goblets
Goblets make me feel so fancy. It doesn’t matter what’s in the cup – grape juice, milk, water, wine, Coke – you feel like a royal drinking out of a goblet. Everyone needs to feel fancy, right? Let’s face it, most of my time is spent braless, wearing sweatpants and the remnants of something sticky on my butt. A hot mess mama can feel like a queen with a goblet. Check out these vintage-inspired goblets that caught my eye!
These amber glass short stemmed goblets are cute as a button!
Green glass is so classic and so are these twill goblets in green.
Speaking of green glassware, this Bormioli Rocco stemware set is stunning!
Fall head over heels with this Destination Summer Vintage collection – I can’t decide which is my favorite!
The Fitz and Floyd Trestle Goblets in clear glass would be a great addition for a holiday table setting.
Vintage Style Glassware: Tumblers
Cheers to a tumbler or two! The average tumbler is a basic must-have. We use them for the occasional cocktail, of course, but they are often used for goldfish, M&Ms, and other little snacks around our home. These are several of my favorite tumblers with that vintage flare I adore!
Simple and classic – I love this set of four clear glass tumblers!
You’ve got to love a good hobnail tumbler!
I fell head over heels over these Peohud drinking glasses!
This Bekith six pack set has the most beautiful design.
The shape of this pink glassware set is just stunning!
Of course, I love anything in amber glass and this tumbler set is no exception!
Clear glass tumblers are my classic go-to!
The delicate design in this Godinger set caught my attention.
Finally, a pretty as can be set of Bormioli Rocco tumblers to enjoy!
Vintage Style Drinkware: Pitchers
Everything is better poured from a pitcher. Sometimes, I’ll fill a pitcher with milk, water, or orange juice just for the heck of it – something about pouring from a pitcher makes whatever you’re drinking taste so much more fresh (even if the milk is past its date and on the wrong side of fresh if you know what I mean). Take a gander at this collection of sweet, nostalgic pitchers that I’ve collected!
This Libbey Mario pitcher is a classic farmhouse style pitcher.
The Pioneer Woman always knows where its at, am I right? This Adeline pitcher from Pioneer Woman is perfect!
I love the hobnail look of this Omita Boston pitcher.
This pitcher from Warm Crystal is too cute for words!
Basically, I’m drooling over this Bekith vintage style pitcher!
Last but pretty much my favorite, take a peek at this Pearl Ridge vintage glass pitcher.
Of course, one of the best ways to find actual vintage glassware is to simply search your local swap sites (I do this almost daily – just to browse). But if you’re looking for pieces that fit the look and are at your fingertips, these are a great option! I’m loving green glass, lately. What about you? Until next time, peace, love, & light (after coffee)!
