Rugs, rugs, and more rugs! Rugs are like shoes. They are the foundation of your “look” and they come in all styles. They say that you can tell a lot about a person from the shoes they wear (I have no idea who “they” are, by the way) and I think the same could be said about rugs. Now, rugs may not fit as well in the closet (man, I could totally use a closet organizer for rugs…), but they don’t have to because rugs are made to be scattered across the floor (unlike shoes…I mean I have special organizers for all the shoes but do you think anyone actually uses them? No. No they do not #momlife). When I think fall rugs, I think warm neutrals. Rust is one of my favorites for the season. I know…”rust” may not be appealing to you if you’re shooting for a comfy-cozy atmosphere but I’m not sure there’s a better way to describe this reddish-brownish color.
