There is something about lemons that screams SUMMER! Or, maybe it just makes you scream, because, SOUR! Have you ever sipped lemonade that was just a tad over the line of perfectly sour? Like borderline jaw-locking sour? I love lemonade with a good kick, don’t get me wrong — but there is a thin line between “ooo” and “OOOO” if you know what I mean. Just scrolling through these lemon-themed finds makes my mouth water and my lips pucker! I love these affordable touches of summery lemon and hope you see something you love, too!

Looking to add a summery touch to your living spaces (think living room/bedroom/covered porch)? I love this pillow cover set! This is a set of four botanical style lemons pictured on a neutral canvas colored fabric. I would scatter these around our living room and our covered porch — they would look awesome sitting on a rocker or two! These are so vibrant and definitely catch your eye.
I love pairing a good accent pillow with some signage. These sweet, vintage inspired metal signs add just the right amount of lemon to the theme without being “IN YO FACE!” I adore the touch of blue – a great summer accent color along with the sunshiny lemon-yellow. Whenever I attempt a seasonal refresh, I try to add similar touches throughout my spaces. I love continuity and the feeling that everything flows. This doesn’t mean you need to redecorate your entire home – just add a touch of your accent color here and there would be enough. I found a handful of sweet lemony touches for your dining spaces that go well with our summer theme!
This lemon table runner stopped me in my scroll! Table runners are a quick and easy addition to refresh any tablescape. I love that this instantly creates the summer vibe. Pair with a fun, yellow table service and napkins for a complete set up for those warm-weather barbecues. As a centerpiece, try adding this gorgeous glass demijohn style vase filled with long, faux branches bursting with lemony goodness!

I also like to add a piece or two in the kitchen for continuity. Our kitchens are often the most traveled and well-worn parts of our home (especially in *our* home – our kitchen is just a wonderful disaster). Anyway, it’s nice to be able to add new life during a seasonal refresh in the heart of the home and I found a couple simple pieces to tie it all together!
I stumbled across this set of kitchen towels and absolutely fell head over heels! They offer a bright, cheery pop of yellow and are obviously functional (I’m always using kitchen towels day in and day out) for day to day use. I was excited to find this glass pitcher that I own and also enjoy using year round! I’ve used it for lemonade (like, duh) but it also makes a great vase for fresh floral bouquets. Every kitchen table looks better with a bunch of flowers, am I right? Finally, these realistic, extra long lemon branches are a fun way to accent nooks like the tops of cupboards and shelves, keeping that lemon theme consistent through all of your main living spaces.
